When are the items dispatched?
Items are usually dispatched the same day the payment is received. Post office accepts packages all day long, but do only ship in the mornings. This means that if your order is taken to the post office in the afternoon, it will not be until the next morning that it is shipped. There is not shipping on Sundays, so orders placed on Saturday afternoon and Sundays will be shipped on Monday morning.
Shipping Options and Prices
Customers do have two different shipping options:
Standard Shipping: FREE delivery worldwide. No tracking number. Signing is not required when receiving the items.
Registered airmail: 5€ (or equivalence in other currency) per order. Customers can ask for a tracking number. Signing is required when receiving the items. More secure than standard shipping.
Free registered airmail: orders of more than 59€ (or equivalence in other currency) will be sent out registered for free.
Expedited shipping: 9,95€ (or equivalence in other currency). The fastest way to get your items. It also requires singing upon arrival and provides a tracking number as well.
Estimated Delivery Time
It is usually quicker for registered items to arrive at their destinations, but estimated time for them is more or less the same. These are estimated times, please have in mind that the further you are the more it should take to arrive (we are based in Spain). Estimated delivery time is also influenced by the efficiency of the different post services operating in your country.
Spain: 2-3 days.
Europe: less than a week
Rest of the world: from 1 to 2 weeks, but usually less than that.
If you choose Expedited Shipping, estimated delivery time is 2-3 for Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world.
What shipping agency do we use?
Items are dispatched from Spain through are national post office (www.correos.es). Most of our items arrive without any kind of problems. Should you have any delay or doubt, please contact us.
I have chosen registered shipping, where can I track my order?
If you have chosen this shipping method, please ask for your tracking number. Once you get it, please visit www.correos.com and enter your full number on the box called ‘Localiza tu envío’ on the top right part of the site. On the next page you will have some info in Spanish about your order status. If you read ‘Salida de Ofic. Internacional de origen’ it means it is already on the way out from Spain. Now please look for your country in the list provided below that info and you will be given more information in your language.
