The customer accepts that these DVDs, Blurays and CDs are not official, and that we do not sell officially released products that are available on stores. These are unique items that cannot be found anywhere else. No refunds will be given based on this. 

2. Quality

No refunds will be given based on the quality of the videos, as screenshots and videos are provided. Should you require more screenshots or samples, contact us before placing your order. 

3. Refunds

In the unusual case that there is a problem with your disc, contact us and we will send a replacement.
